DEPOSITS

Bank card details are required to place a booking. Our salon software securely stores your card details and deducts a deposit of $1.25 at the time of booking. This will then be deducted off the total on the day of your appointment.

Any bookings made for hair extensions or a bridal party booking require a further deposit of 50% of the appointment total.


CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Your visits are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary when life gets in the way. Our cancellation policy gives us the time to inform guests on our waiting list of any availability and is also designed to protect our team from any lost business.
Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Please send an email of the cancellation or reschedule to sales@vixenhairdesign.com.au.
  • If your appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hrs notice and you have paid a booking deposit, your deposit can be fully refunded or transferred to any new appointment you make
  • If your appointment is cancelled with 48-24 hrs notice, a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied
  • If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice, a charge of the full appointment value will be applied. This also applies to last minute service alterations
  • If you don't arrive to your appointment and we haven't received notice from you a charge of the full appointment value will be applied

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

To ensure timely service to all of our guests, we may need to reschedule or alter your appointment if you arrive more than 15mins after your scheduled appointment time.


CLIENT GUEST/ CHILDREN POLICY

Vixen is a luxe salon that runs as an adult only environment. The salon implements an age restriction of 16 years for all colouring services. Due to limited salon space and for OH&S reasons we kindly request you do not bring friends or children (newborns are welcome) to your appointments so you and our other guests can enjoy quality time in a relaxing environment.


SERVICE SATISFACTION

While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, in the event that you are not satisfied with your service we ask that you please contact us within 7 days of receiving that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a guest.
